Cancellation, returns & refunds

How to cancel an order

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing them.

  1. Tap Cancel my order below.
  2. Enter your order number (it starts with BA- and is on your receipt) and your name.
  3. Send the ready-made message to us on WhatsApp, or on Instagram.
  4. We will reply to confirm your cancellation.

Returns, refunds & damaged items

We do not give refunds on returns. A return is accepted only as an exchange, and an unboxing video is compulsory (one continuous video, from the sealed parcel to opening it). If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it, as long as it has not been used. Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

Exchange / damaged item

Report within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is compulsory: one continuous video from the sealed parcel (showing the shipping label) to opening it. Without it we cannot accept the request. Damaged items are replaced only if unused.

WhatsApp cannot take files from a website, so after it opens, attach the same video (and photo) in the chat using the paperclip. Your request is complete only once we receive them.

You can cancel only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, painting will have started and we cannot cancel.
